So the countdown has officially reached the "70's." In 79 days I will be marrying Mr. Wonderful. Sometimes I still can't believe it's real...especially when I look down at the 4th finger of my left hand and see the sparkling ring that symbolizes so much more than just an engagement and soon-to-be marriage. This ring symbolizes a love like I have never experienced from another human being...this ring symbolizes sacrifice, hard work, and dedication. It symbolizes commitment, loyalty, and honor. Words cannot express how happy I am that CJ is the man who gave me such a symbol of true love...and he acts it out everyday in our relationship. Thank you Baby...you're the best (in case I haven't told you at least a billion times lately).
My Moomy (aka Mom) comes in next Wednesday...I can't wait! She'll be staying with me for 5 days...and throwing me 2 bridal showers next weekend!!! I do know that I have the most wondrous Moomy in the world. I'm taking off of work next Friday to have a fun Moomy/Daughter day. I'll have to get some pictures of her on here after next week.
I officially have 13 full days and 2 half days left with my "little lovelies," as I like to call them. Of those 13 full days, 1 day will be spent at the Shedd Aquarium, another day at Olympic Skate World, a day going to the theater to watch "Akeelah and the Bee," and a day having a school field day/picnic. There are a lot of fun things to look forward to at the end of each school year...it's almost as much fun doing all of these things as the teacher. :) I do think it's cool that we get to go to the movie theater on field trips...this will be our 2nd trip to the movie theater this school year! Not bad!
