Triniti's 15-Month Checkup...

*I took Triniti in for her 15-month checkup today. Trin only gained 10 ounces in the past 3 months, weighing in at 21 lbs., 15 oz., which dropped her down from the 50th to the 20th percentile. Her doctor thinks she might have weighed more had it not been for her recent virus. But overall, the doctor is very happy and fine with her weight. Trin grew 1 inch, putting her at a height of 30 inches. Again, she dropped from the 50th to the 40th percentile for height. Despite the obvious chunk on Trin's thighs and tummy, she is a small peanut compared to the greater majority of 15-month-olds out there.

*Unfortunately, there is a nation-wide shortage of one of the shots that Trin still needs, so she got one shot today and will have to wait for her "final" shot until her 18-month checkup in September. At that time, she will officially be done until Kindergarten. She took today's shot like a champ and wants you to make sure you see her pretty purple bandaid below. :)

*Trin's new favorite word to say is "appledaw." She also enjoys saying, "ewww" quite often lately, which just cracks CJ and me up! And what's even funnier is she knows how to use the word appropriately! She'll purposely slob on one of us, look at it, and then squeal, "ewww!" haha

*Trin loves her Brainy Baby flashcards. Her favorite ones include the picture of the shoes, balloons, puppy, and pizza!
