A Day in Legoland...

*Today is my very last day of summer vacation, so I wanted to do something fun with CJ and Triniti. I surprised CJ by taking him to the Legoland Discovery Center in Schaumburg, IL today. We had a blast! CJ took TONS of pictures...happy looking!

*Mr. Giraffe greeting us at Legoland's entrance...

*Mr. Einstein and his moving eyes...

*First stop on the tour...the windy city...

*Nighttime falls on the city...

*Next stop...Jungle Expedition...

*Third stop...Hall of Fame...

*Fourth stop...the Dragon Ride...Trin liked the ride so much, she cried and said, "Noooo!," as we were exiting. We then went on for a second time and she was displaying major impatience and didn't understand that we had to wait our turn for the ride...(Check out our picture from the ride at the very end of this post.)

*Fifth stop...Lego play land...Trin LOVED the huge, soft blocks...

*This lion below freaked me out...as soon as I stuck mine and Trini's heads inside, the lion RRRROARED at us.

*Sixth stop...4d Spellbinder Movie...Trin refused to wear her glasses (other than for the "forced" picture below).

*Seventh stop...the Lego Factory...we got to see how Legos are made. Trini even got to "help" Dr. Brick-a-Brack push a special button. Trin got to take a little Lego piece home with her. ;)

*Eigth stop...back to the Dragon ride...Trin refused to turn around and look at the camera...she was so intent on taking every part of the ride in.

*Last stop...Mr. President...

*CJ thought Mr. President would benefit from a hat...
*Our "official" ride picture...

Fun, fun, and MORE fun!!! We are SO glad you all got to experience this day together... amazing, how people have the "know how" to put these pieces together, isn't it?
