Prayer Request...
Currently, my school district does not have a settled contract and is facing a strike. Our current contract ends on August 13th, and school is scheduled to begin on August 18th. Without a contract, we will be picketing instead of teaching (and attending beginning-of-year institutes). I can't even look at this situation as more time to spend at home with Triniti, because if we strike, I will have to picket (blah). Plus, I will lose pay and will have to make the lost days up next June. So if you would, please pray that our Union and Board can come to an agreement on any unresolved issues.

If not.. then more days home with Triniti! And she can join you on the picket line. Never too early to train a child in labor/management struggles! :-)
I know the situation you're facing is challenging but God is bigger than this contract situation. Remember how he opened doors for you throughout your teaching career...most of the time at the last minute. "They" always say that God is always on time, never early and never late. Hang in there and while you wait, kiss and hug my little Teacup for me.
